Jenney,60th Birthday Party was planned with Carnival Marquees ,twelve months in advance with the Party being held at The Bear & Ragged Staff,with a Marquee from Carnival set in the pretty garden Near Malvern and Worcester, at Bransford, you’ll find the Bear and Ragged Staff,an award-winning pub, Bransford is a hamlet in the Teme Valley, set in glorious Worcestershire countryside. The guests enjoyed Professional Party advice,Entertainment for evening party,Pig roast option for the evening party To accommodate some 100 guests together with a black & White dance floor and staging, Carnival Marquees decided it was necessary to erect an 60 foot by 40 foot High tension marquee with ivory pleated wall lining and gold valance. Guests were seated at round tables of 10 people on gold bistro chairs. To reflect the winter season Jenney and daughter Joe created some wonderfully informal arrangements in red ,gold and purple which started at the front entrance to the marquee and continued onto the round dining tables where round mirrors had been used to reflect the flower and candle arrangements.
In the evening further guests arrived and danced under the Fibre optic ceiling before carriages at midnight.

The menu provided by the Bear & Ragged Staff for the Party was as follows:Basket of home made breads with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil or butter Marinated Kalamata olives Chef's soup of the day, homemade bread - crisp garlic croûtons Pan-seared Scottish King scallops on black pasta with dill, lime and shallots in a Sancerre wine velouté Duo of smoked salmon and halibut; walnut oil and chive dressing; toasted walnut and apricot focaccia Guinea fowl and pistachio terrine wrapped in Parma ham; carrot and apricot marmalade Pearls of Galia melon with ginger and star anise, marinated prawns; courgette carpaccio (V) Grilled goat’s cheese, glazed pear, pecan nut and sweet potato saladMain Course Trio of Lamb: canon of English lamb lightly marinated in lavender; braised shoulder of lamb, lamb dumplings, lavender jus Char-grilled prime Herefordshire fillet, wrapped in smoked bacon; ragout of wild mushrooms, herbs and red onions; Madeira jus Breast of Gressingham duckling, cardamom and mango sauce, minted cucumber; glazed pineapple Fillet of locally-reared pork, braised Puy lentils; pink peppercorn and sage sauce Breast of maize-fed chicken suprème, filled with smoked mozzarella on roast peppers sun-dried tomato and basil-scented olive oil Char-grilled prime Herefordshire rib-eye steak, grilled mushrooms, tomato and crispy onions Char-grilled prime Herefordshire rib-eye steak; green peppercorn sauce (V) Tomato and zucchini risotto with baba ganoush, Parmesan-scented olive oil (V) Roast shallot and garlic tarte Tatin, rocket leaf salad - red wine and thyme dressing Main courses are served with seasonal vegetables, or mixed salad, and parsley potatoes or fries
